WHERE IS THE CHECKOUT BUTTON?
If the checkout button does not appear in your shopping cart then your browser security settings are set at "HIGH" or does not allow javascripting.
In either case our checkout function will not work. You will need to change your security settings to either "MEDIUM-HIGH" or to allow
javascripting.
How to change settings:
Internet Explorer -
Click on Tools in top menu bar area next to Help
Select Internet Options at the bottom of the drop down menu
Select the Security Tab
Select the Icon under Select a zone to view or change security setttings.
Under Security level for this zone move slide bar to Medium-high
Click Apply at bottom of window then close Internet Options window and click refresh icon next to address window in browser
Fire Fox -
Click Tools in top menu bar area next to Help
Select Options... at bottom of drop down menu
Select Content Icon
Check enable javascript by ensuring box is checked .
Click OK at bottom of window
Refresh Browser window by clicking to the left of address window in browser.
RESET COOKIE?
If you have added items to your shopping cart and you are trying to checkout and keep getting a message that says your cart is empty then there is a problem with the cookie we use to identify your computer to our website. If you are a first time shopper simply click on this link RESET COOKIE. This will reset the cookie and you should be able to checkout without any further problems. If you are a returning shopper you will need to login after you reset the cookie or log off then log back in.
